Section 1: Eligibility and Age Requirement

1.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the 499bd platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds or taking part in any gaming activity ("21+ only").

1.2 Residential Eligibility

You must reside in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is legally permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to confirm whether the platform's services are lawful in their particular jurisdiction.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Section 4: Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

499bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, having an active account and meeting the minimum deposit requirement are mandatory.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have wagered 10 times the bonus amount received. The original deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time before the wagering requirement is met, however doing so will cancel the associated bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, exploiting the system, etc.), the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time 499bd may offer special promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. If a conflict arises between the general terms and conditions and the terms of a special promotion, the terms of the special promotion will take precedence.

Section 5: Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

499bd is committed to the fair play policy. All games are operated through SSL encryption and secure technology. Taking unfair advantage by exploiting system bugs or technical errors is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

6.2 Cashback Calculation and Payment

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday and the applicable cashback is credited to the account within 48 hours. The cashback amount has its own wagering requirements.

499bd may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• False information or fraudulent activity.

• The member's own request (self-exclusion).

7.2 Member's Rights
